Today’s lesson is called Daniel and the Lions from Daniel 6.
The Bible memory verse is Psalm 34:17-18. “When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.”
The catechism question is: Q. How could the Son of God suffer? A. Christ, the Son of God, became man that he might obey and suffer in our nature.
