Today’s lesson is called Jonah and Nineveh found in Jonah 3.
The Bible memory verse is Psalm 32:5. I acknowledged my sin to you, and I did not cover my iniquity;
I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,” and you forgave the iniquity of my sin.
The catechism question is: Q. Why can none be saved through the covenant of works? A. Because all have broken it, and are condemned by it.
